AEC WOOD ART is committed to protecting customer privacy in Israel and Australia. 3.1 Information Collected
- Contact details (name, address, phone, email).
- Payment details (processed securely; not stored).
- Order details and specifications.
- Customer communications.
3.2 Use of Information
Information is used for:
- Order processing and fulfillment.
- Customer service.
- Payments, refunds, and legal compliance.
- Service improvement and updates (with consent only).
3.3 Information Sharing
Personal data is never sold or rented. Information may be shared only with:
- Shipping providers.
- Financial institutions.
- Legal or regulatory authorities as required by law.
All third parties are bound by confidentiality obligations.
3.4 Data Security & Retention
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are taken to protect data. Information is retained only as long as necessary for its intended purpose.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy and any agreement between the customer and AEC WOOD ART shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this agreement, the products, or services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.
5. Force Majeure
AEC WOOD ART shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest.
- Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies.
- Natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake, storm).
- Government actions, regulations, or restrictions.
- Port congestion, customs delays, or border closures.
- Labor strikes or transportation disruptions.
- Shortages of raw materials or utilities.
In such cases, delivery timelines and obligations shall be reasonably extended without penalty.
6. Payment Terms & Currency
- All prices are quoted in the currency specified at the time of order (ILS, AUD, or USD).
- Customers are responsible for any bank fees, transfer charges, or currency conversion costs.
- Payments are considered received only once cleared and credited to AEC WOOD ART’s account.
- Production will not begin, and shipment will not be released, until the required payment milestones are completed in full.
7. Client Approval & Custom Order Responsibility
- The customer is solely responsible for reviewing and approving all drawings, dimensions, materials, colors, and specifications prior to production.
- Written approval (email, message, or signed document) constitutes final confirmation. Any errors, changes, or adjustments requested after approval will be treated as a new order and may incur additional costs and extended timelines.
- Variations requested after production has begun are subject to feasibility and approval by AEC WOOD ART.
8. Site Conditions & Installation Responsibility
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that access points (doors, hallways, staircases, elevators) are suitable for delivery of the product.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring floors are level and structurally adequate. The customer is responsible for ensuring the installation area is prepared and cleared prior to delivery.
AEC WOOD ART shall not be liable for delays, damages, or additional costs arising from inadequate site conditions or restricted access.
9. Natural Material & Color Variation Disclaimer
- Color tones, grain patterns, textures, and epoxy flow may vary from samples, renders, or digital images. Screen displays and lighting conditions may affect color perception.
- Minor variations are considered a natural and acceptable characteristic and do not constitute a defect.
10. Photography & Marketing Rights
AEC WOOD ART reserves the right to photograph or document completed projects for portfolio use, website and social media content, and marketing and promotional materials.
No personal or identifying customer information will be disclosed without consent.
11. Abandoned Orders
If a customer fails to complete payment of the outstanding balance, coordinate delivery or shipment, or respond to communication for more than 30 days after production completion, AEC WOOD ART reserves the right to treat the order as abandoned.
Storage fees will apply as outlined in Section 1.6, and the company may resell or dispose of the item at its discretion, without refund.
12. Language Clause
This Policy may be translated into other languages for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency, or dispute, the English version shall prevail and be legally binding.
