Shipping & Delivery Policy 


This policy applies to all orders placed with AEC WOOD ART, including domestic deliveries within Israel and  international shipments to Australia and other approved destinations. 

1. Shipping & Delivery Policy 

1.1 Production & Delivery Timelines 

All furniture pieces and art works are custom-made to order. Please allow up to 60 calendar days  (approximately 40–45 business days) for production prior to shipment. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product size, weight, destination, customs procedures, and  carrier conditions. All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


1.2 Delivery Methods 

  •  Home delivery via professional shipping carriers. 
  •  Optional White-Glove Service (delivery, unpacking, and placement inside the home) available for an  additional fee. 
  •  Delivery personnel are not authorized to move existing furniture, perform electrical connections, or  install/modify fixtures. 

1.3 Shipping Costs, Taxes & Insurance 

  •  Shipping fees, taxes, and standard insurance are included in the product price, unless stated otherwise.
  • For oversized or highly customized items, a shipping quotation may be provided prior to dispatch. 
  • Once the item is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to the  carrier or the customer, unless additional insurance has been arranged. 
  •  AEC WOOD ART works exclusively with carriers specializing in fine art and premium solid wood  furniture transport. 

1.4 International Shipments 

Customers outside Israel (including Australia) are responsible for: 

  •  Import duties. 
  •  VAT / GST. 
  •  Customs clearance fees or local taxes. AEC WOOD ART is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by destination  authorities. 

1.5 Delivery Address

  •  A complete physical address is required. 
  •  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 
  •  Deliveries to remote or rural locations may require additional transit time. 

1.6 Storage Policy 

  •  Complimentary storage is provided for up to 6 months from completion of production and receipt of  full payment. 
  • After 6 months, storage fees will apply: ILS 200 per week (or the equivalent in Australian Dollars) until  shipment or collection. 

1.7 Inspection & Shipping Damage 

Customers must inspect the packaging and product upon delivery and before signing the delivery  confirmation. 

  •  Any visible damage must be photographed immediately and reported to AEC WOOD ART within 24  hours. 
  •  Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. 
  •  If the shipment is insured, AEC WOOD ART will coordinate the claim process with the carrier or  insurance provider. 

1.8 Third-Party Liability Limitation 

  •  AEC WOOD ART is not responsible for damage caused by third-party installers or movers not authorized by the company. 
  •  AEC WOOD ART is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs authorities, or  external logistics providers.
