•⁠ ⁠Customer Approval Policy: We do not move forward to the next step without the customer’s approval — from the initial design stage to the final product.

• Materials: Handcrafted from premium natural wood. Each piece is unique with natural grain patterns and natural character.

• Epoxy Tables: Epoxy color may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.

• Production Time: Each table is made to order. Production time is 35–45 business days from the initial approval.

• Warranty & Care: Warranty includes craftsmanship and structural integrity. Clean with a soft damp cloth, use coasters, and avoid placing hot items directly on the surface.

• Custom Request: Have an inspiration photo? Share it with us and we’ll help you bring your vision to life.
