• Prior to final production, you will receive a detailed design sketch for approval via WhatsApp.
• We will share a visual preview and wood selection photos to ensure every detail meets your expectations.
• Each stage of the process moves forward only with your approval - we never proceed without your confirmation.

• Customer Approval Policy: We do not move forward to the next step without the customer’s approval — from the initial design stage to the final product.
• Materials: Handcrafted from premium natural wood. Each piece is unique with natural grain patterns and natural character.
• Epoxy Tables: Epoxy color may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.
• Production Time: Each table is made to order. Production time is 35–45 business days from the initial approval.
• Warranty & Care: Warranty includes craftsmanship and structural integrity. Clean with a soft damp cloth, use coasters, and avoid placing hot items directly on the surface.
